The average internet user has not got enough patience; remember, this is an interview. So, ask yourself: “At first glance, does this appear appealing? Is it inviting enough?” People like fun and they want fun; something hilarious enough to relieve them of stress. When you are able to proffer solutions to their problems, the rest is history.
2. Trending Hashtags
You probably see hashtags on posts and have ignored their significance or are acquainted with how they work, but don’t wield them strategically: It is one thing to use hashtags, it is another to use them strategically. There are varying hashtags parading the streets of Instagram – You want to painstakingly select the most appealing ones. Vague hashtags like #fun, #success, #business or #happy may not take you very far. You should wake up to the realities of the competition! Do you know how many Instagram users are there? You want to seize this opportunity and seize it judiciously! Study the trend. Be versatile. You want to know the trending issue in Politics, Entertainment, Photography, Fashion and the like. Sometime ago, we stumbled upon a post from Hubspot on “the best time to post on Instagram”. We appeared puzzled and thought to ourself: “Really? Best time to post? How fascinating!” My curious instincts do not fail at such and boom! We were on the post. According to Hubspot, the best time to post on Instagram is between 9:00pm and 10:00pm (Nigerian time). The best day to post on Instagram however, is Thursday, not just at 10:00pm, but at 12:00pm, 6:00pm and 11:00pm (Nigerian time).

We’re not sure whether to begin this with a plea – Plagiarism shouldn’t be the list of options you want to experiment in this process. Choose originality and quality, always. It might appear like productive results are not yielding from sticking with this, however, it eventually pays. Do not be intimidated by fast-growing or widely-acknowledged posts from peers or colleagues, or even influencers and celebrities.
